Budget Discussions

Dear Colleagues:

The Board of Regents will convene on Monday, January 7 for a special meeting to discuss NSHE budget reduction issues. Later this week we will submit our proposed plan to the Board office for review.

I know that the budget situation is a concern for our University and I hope to create several opportunities for the campus community to meet and discuss the challenges ahead. I will host a town hall after the Regents’ meeting when faculty return for the spring semester. I will send a follow-up email in the next few days with the details. Continue Reading »
